   An Outright Gift that provides an immediate tax deduction to me and immediate benefit to our community. A Gift in My Will or Trust that will cost me little or nothing now, but benefits our community later. A Life-Income Gift that provides an immediate tax deduction and a stream of income to me, my spouse or others now, and leaves the principal to our community later.

   Important - Age range of beneficiaries:
   35 - 50 50 - 65 65+

   A Wealth Transfer Gift that provides a stream of income to our community now, and leaves the principal tax free to my heirs later.
